The staff at the sleep lab is wonderful. I had amazing nurses both times. Caring and professional. The Front desk is efficient and friendly. Unfortunately it goes down hill from there on. It has been six weeks + since the sleep Lab help me get fitted for a mask that would finally work for me. After a year and only seeing the Dr for about 15 minutes , I have finally moved to another doctor. This Dr has not addressed the issue I presented a year ago. He has not only solution without doing any real analysis. It has been almost a year and I still don’t have the equipment that he recommends. Do yourself a favor and go to someone who will spend time with you, organize an efficient office and truly diagnose your problem. A short 15 min wait, then Doc came into our room in another 5, spent 10 min w us, discussed issues, wrote orders for tests, then checked out. Doc has always spent the time necessary to check out our issues and recommend treatments. Sad to be leaving this Doc as we relocate.
I am a patient. I Call & no one ever answers the phone!! The portal is terrible! Going somewhere else where I can talk to someone.
