The lady today didn't even offer me water and my facial was absolutely horrible! Totally rude staff. Definitely do NOT go here.

Cameroon I am sorry you had a bad experience. You have mistakenly posted on the wrong Spa. I checked with the Spa attendant we had no facials scheduled yesterday nor are you registered as a client with The Balinese Wellness Spa. If you would like to get a great service you need to come see us!

This spa is breathtaking! The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. My facial was amazing and I am loving all my new eminence products I'm using at home. I can't wait to go back!! Just had a divine cucumber salt scrub followed by deep tissue massage by Paige. Have previously had a fantastic facial. I hope this little Port A treasure stays in business forever and ever!
