They were very attentive to my needs and provided information and education regarding the process. There is still no ultimate resolution to my situation as it is ongoing, but they are great to work with.
They have some severe communication issues. They claim they’ll call me or email me back and then never do. I think it’s important I’m updated on MY case. They didn’t get an immediate payout so I think they’ve just placed me on the proverbial back burner. I have both emailed and called and rarely do I ever get a response. This highly unprofessional and really needs to be looked into. I personally would look elsewhere for help with disability.
