My wife and I have utilized Jan Baliles’ legal services on multiple occasions, and we would not use any other attorney. Jan is ethical, friendly, easy to work with, and responsive. She takes the time to explain things in detail and makes complex issues clear and understandable. We are very happy to recommend Jan Baliles.
Pick any other estate lawyer you can find. Nothing but issues from them. SLOW as can be. Needed her to make a 5 minute phone call to fix HER mistake (made it seem like it all was my fault) and it was a total issue. Her secretary was even worse when trying to communicate with her she was disrespectful and rude. I do not recommend if you need anything done in a timely manner, or a reasonable price or would like to not be talk to like a child go anywhere else.!
Over priced for minimum service!
Dealt with Jan for 6 years through estate services, was very pricey, and always doing the bare minimum. Her secretary melody would never talk to you with respect. Very slow I do not recommend.
Awful service, lack of communication, over priced and all over disrespectful.
