Sofia is the most unprofessional person I ever had to deal with. She had been bullying two young women for the past 7 months but she has now escalated her efforts to withholding our security deposit which is illegal. My landlord used her to intimidate us but went with a completely different firm for the court case. It was clear he didn't respect her or deem her services worthy of a court setting.
