I literally would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went to get a GEL pedicure on 5/1. By 5/5 I noticed that I had NO polish on either of my pinky toes. They were SO bare, that I initially thought the pedicurist just simply forgot to do them. After a bit of digging around I seen that they were done, the polish just had came off at some point. I returned to checkout the salon today 4/24/26 The hours say 10am but no one arrived to open the shop until 10:58am they then informed me they had two 11am appointments and wouldn’t be able to do a toe polish change until later in the afternoon. Call before you make the drive as the hours online and on the shop door are not current. The new salon is nice but I went in and got a pedicure and a gel polish change. MADE ONE TODAY MY BIRTHDAY FOR 11 AM I WAS LATE DIE TO TRAFFIC 11:12 I ARRIVED WOULD NOT SEE ME NO GRACE PERIOD MOND YOU SHOP IS EMPTY NO LONGER OPEN ON SUNDAY THIS PLACE GOING DOWN, GLAD RICHIE NOT OWNER HE NEVER DID BUSINESS LIKE THIS. WOW!! I am a first time customer of Bali Nails writing this review and I came in today as a walk-in for a Pedicure. Evely took me right away and did a fantastic job on my feet! Even though I requested a Basic Pedicure, Evely took her time and was very meticulous in cleaning up my toes and soles and toenails. I have never had a pedicure as detailed as the one Evely did on my feet. I was completely impressed at how she took her time and how much attention she paid to making my toes and skin looked perfect.
