I went in for a gel manicure staff was friendly, but the service left a lot to be desired. I upgraded to a cat eye manicure, but they didn’t apply a base color, so my nails are completely see-through. They were also really heavy-handed with the drill. Even though I have a gel coat, my nails are now bending because they were filed down way too thin.

If you want to walk out the door with your manicure already looking bad, this is the right place. I told the manicurist the polish seemed thick (I suspected she could not understand what I was saying because I could not understand her). I was worried it wouldn't dry and would smudge. Sure enough, one hour after I got home, my nail smudged and I had actual wet nail polish on my skin. It was in a bubble on my nail. The cuticle trim is sloppy too. Wasted $24 and had to repaint my nails the same day.

I have been going here on and off for a year and over the last 4 months I have only been coming here. Every time I come I feel so welcomed by everyone. I have created such a fun relationship with Mary specifically and love every time she does my nails and constantly get compliments on my nails every time she does them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming environment!

I have made an appointment 2x at this location online and both times they asked me multiple times if I made an appointment and then asked me to come back later. I have a schedule to. If I make an appointment then chances are I have already scheduled my day around it. They need to get their crap together. I
