Check in was at 3...couldn't get into room until after 5, check out was at 11 and someone came bursting into unit 20 minutes before checkout. The tvs in the bedrooms did not work, most of the beds were hard as a rock and the pool was dirty. Food was left in the lobby all weekend and someone threw some of it all over the elevator. There was no trashcan in the kitchen. Other than this...the unit was absolutely beautiful, spacious and in walking distance to the beach. The view from our unit was horrible...

June 19th 2025, 4 couples ages 35 to 57....First and foremost, there is no "check in desk or lobby" we were greeted by a husband and wife team (nice couple), outside the building. They confirmed our reservation gave us the code to get into the "elevator lobby" (8'x8' area) no air in the elevators it was hot and they were very slow. Parking was a nightmare, very limited spots under the building I'm talking like 15 spots and you better not have and extended cab truck or large suv.
