Very bad client care and attitude. They ended up pointing out a huge problem with a min £10K bill after 10 years of regular checks ( and apparently right after becoming a private dentist ). So what were they doing in last 10 years on their check ups?? Really bad !!
New patient, was seen by Dr Lydia very friendly and was made to feel comfortable. Highly recommend seeing her!
Very bad service and rude staff and the prices are crazily high for any private procedure. Had issues with them as they wanted to charge me for my already paid X-rays. Because I wanted to go to another dentist so they said to me to pay £10 for them to print it for me and I wasn’t prepared to pay it at all. I will fix my own teeth if they were the only dental practice left in the world
