Very bad experience today. Rude reception staff, poor organisation, and no respect for patients’ time. Would not recommend.
I had a very disappointing experience at this place. I booked an appointment on Thursday for Monday, but when I arrived, they told me there was no booking under my name. They then rescheduled me for Tuesday at 10:20 AM. I arrived on time the next day, but despite being there early, they kept calling in other patients—even those who arrived after me. Doctor okezie is uneducated, sits on google and looks up everything you’re discussing before he is able to answer your question, and when he does answer it, it’s obvious he couldn’t care less. He loves to push antidepressants onto you and will gas light you if you refuse, saying you’re making them look like a bad doctor if I don’t take them. He smirks in your face and has a terrible attitude. He blatantly lies and tries to abuse his power, I finally stood up to him today and will never be going back
