Dropped item off on Wdnesday and was given a pick up date of Monday. I received a text on Thursday afternoon that my item was ready for pickup, less than 24 hrs later.

You do your job well, but what am I to do at this time of the year when I try to send out a load of shirts and woolen trousers every week, but you pick up and deliver only on Mondays, not on Thursdays as you once did?
