My husband came recently from the hospital emergency after experiencing heavy bleeding from his prostate or bladder. Three weeks ago he had prostate surgery. Hospital nurse informed us that doctor Roy will be calling my husband on January 29, 2025 to talk about biopsy after 3 p.m. of that day. He did not call at all. I called the next day and talked to the appointment booking nurse of the clinic asking for explanation. She was not able to give me reason for failed telephone appointment with doctor Roy. Diagnosed with prostate cancer and decided on surgery. Im glad I did. Dr Teo is amazing. He guided us through the process and everything went as planned. Kelly was always there to answer any questions we had. I have zero complaints.
Horrible reception staff , I wouldn’t waste my time going to this rheumatoid Doctor because of the front end staff that does not even recognize you are in the waiting room , you would be ahead to go to Kelowna .
I called the office to confirm my almost 90 year old fathers appointment. Kelly the receptionist could not have been more rude. I was informed that she had already given my father the instructions on when and where to go. It was a simple confirmation for a very old man, the attitude was clearly not needed, or appreciated. I'm truly sorry you are miserable Kelly, but you do the office, and the doctors that have patients there a dis service. I wished you a lovely day, before I hung up, and hope you find your happiness.
