I’ve been with this surgery for over 20 years now. The leading GP takes time to get to know you personally, reception staff are incredibly helpful & will go out of their way to help if they can, and the surgery keeps patients informed of changes with the practice. I for one wouldn’t dream of changing Drs surgeries. Thanks for doing a good job Balfour Medical!
Awful trying to get through to anyone.
just 2 mins late for my appointment time and they said doctor don’t want to see you now ,and said she booked me 2 days later.and what about when we come on our time and waiting for our turn.
They don’t pick up the phone and when they do they’ll tell you to call back, and later when you do they’ll tell don’t pick up due to training, lunch or both lol always something, emergency back up number doesn’t work. After lunch they don’t pick up calls don’t bother calling
