Hi My experience at the emergency room is terrible. I've arrived with a head injury, open bleeding wound above my left eye. I've been sitting in the waiting room for more than two hours now with my wound open, dripping blood and no one has yet to see me. It isn't even busy here on this ward so it's impossible to even comprehend why no one would attend to my injury.
