I made an appointment earlier this week to view an apartment at 8am and despite the website and the sign on the door of the leasing office indicating they are open at 8am no one was there. I even waited 10 minutes for someone to show up but no one ever did to my SCHEDULED appointment. I never received communication from them afterward apologizing or anything like that except for a notification three hours later telling me my appointment was canceled. I came this morning to view a unit I made an appointment for. I get there, and the leasing agent tells me she canceled my appointment due to inspections going on. No one called or emailed me to share this with me. Very unprofessional. I came from out of town to view this place, and I would have signed a lease today. I’m extremely disappointed.
We have lived here for over 20 years and we love it. The leasing office is always very quick to respond to emails and provide help! Maintenance is also extremely helpful, Yamandu is always so efficient and reliable! We definitely recommend living here!
Lovey pest free place to call home. The staff and maintenance are top notch!
Living at Chastain has been an amazing experience :) very quiet neighbourhood with an amazing staff. Always grateful with Valery and Yamandu for the work they do here.
