This place is an overpriced dump. The requirtment for 3 prong outlets became the standard for new construction in the 60's but half the outlets in my unit are 2 prong and loose enough that 2 prong plugs frequently fall out. My a/c unit is over 35 years old, undersized, and broke for the 3 hottest days of the summer, with no compensation, and they didn't even replace it. Bubble gum and duct tape. About half the vents don't work either. The laundry mat on site has been closed for 3 weeks with no sign of reopening anytime soon.... read more

I made an appointment earlier this week to view an apartment at 8am and despite the website and the sign on the door of the leasing office indicating they are open at 8am no one was there. I even waited 10 minutes for someone to show up but no one ever did to my SCHEDULED appointment. I never received communication from them afterward apologizing or anything like that except for a notification three hours later telling me my appointment was canceled. I came this morning to view a unit I made an appointment for. I get there, and the leasing agent tells me she canceled my appointment due to inspections going on. No one called or emailed me to share this with me. Very unprofessional. I came from out of town to view this place, and I would have signed a lease today. I’m extremely disappointed.
