Do not rent here!!! 1- they do not keep up on all maintenance. 2- in the rental agreement it states tenants must pick up after their pets. Most do not pick up their dogs waste and your front door WILL STINK PD DOG POO! I even complained to them multiple times!!! They do not care to take action! 3- if you scheduled a pre-inspection they will NOT show up! They wasted 4 hours of MY TIME WITHOUT compensation! I asked for one to ensure that I was move out ready!
