What's to be said that hasn't been said already. Worst management company for military housing I have ever seen. I can't believe the Navy allows them to manage these homes.
Our short stay in lighthouse terrace was very disappointing. The office never answers the phone and doesn’t return messages either. This housing community is infested with flies, maggots, and squirrels and nothing is being done about it. The homes are highly outdated and have thick layers of paint on the walls and baseboards from just covering dirt rather than effectively cleaning it. I liked it. Not the best but not the worst. Felt safe. Like the location and facilities. Power goes out a lot (4 times in last 6 months and not from storms just a crummy old system) and maintenance is a little on the slow side. I don't like pensacola/warrington, it's seems unsafe so I would choose living on base again.
