If you're looking for the best mechanic/s in Melbourne you don't need to look any further. Balfour Auto is it! For someone who is definately no expert on cars they explained what needed doing to me in a clear, concise manner that I could understand. Gave reasonable costings ahead of time, no surprise 'fees' or any BS that some mechanics can tend to be known for... Honest as the day is long. Will be my go-to mechanics for the rest of my life. Really happy with the service here. Had a problems with my brakes and brought my car to Youti. Quickly diagnosed it and fixed the noise coming from my brake system and kept me updated throughout. Pricing was fair, and the whole team was friendly and helpful. It’s great to find an honest and reliable place—highly recommend! Even brought my family's car to service after that.
Was able to make a booking over the phone to service my Toyota Crown. Smooth service. Went on a road test to verify my concerns, was willing to alter lubricants as per my request( which most places don't do), service was done on time. Highly recommend.

Con and his team are absolute superstars. They Take the time to explain everything and why they are doing it and provide consistent communication throughout the repair/service process. Highly recommend and will be bringing my Ranger back here for servicing.
