This place is great, they're good with both my cats, they loved my orange tabby female. They do great work and explain things to you if you don't quite understand it completely.
Unfortunately I’ve had a few bad experiences with the reception staff at Balfour and with the Vets who neglected to call me regarding my cat Violets’ bloodwork and if there was anything wrong with her! I had brought her in on the Tuesday early afternoon before the August long Weekend, concerned re her peeing outside the litter box twice in a week! Thank you for making a horrible day less traumatic for both of us. I can’t imagine doing what you do everyday and the misdirected emotions that fly at you. Hugo did not like vet visits but he tolerated them best at Balfour because of the incredible people who made him feel safe and for that I will always be grateful.
We take our cats(2) there. It's not cheap & now they're pushing insurance that seems very high. The people are friendly. I can still recommend them but my concern is about value for money.
