I went to Balfour because my breeder had taken my puppy there for her first shots and it was just down the street. While the staff was pleasant and caring, it became clear over the next few visits Balfour is owned and operated by a large Vet corporation and that maximizing profit is the primary goal. Many services offered are to drive profits for the corporation and take advantage of the love an owner has for their pet. Case in point, spaying a dog... Thank you to ALL of these amazing staff members who not only were kind to our dog "Duck", but also kind to our son. This was the best experience I have had in a veterinarian office, ever! Nothing but smiles and laughter from the moment we walked through the door.
