Ordering a Cap/Gown for my daughter's graduation. They FORCE you to use this company, no other options. $65.00 isn't horrible. THEN they charge a $14 "handling + delivery fee" for what?? Dropping off 300 caps/gowns ($65 x 300 = $19,500 revenue! (Per school!!) They can't be happy with that?) and they are charging EACH person $14 ($14 x 300 = $4,200) on top of the Cap/Gown order?? You're telling me it costs them $4,200 to deliver some caps/gowns?? Ya right! They could ship it directly to my house cheaper than that. What a scam... read more
My granddaughter go to CGLA and was given a form to fill out for her graduation. Unfortunately the school said to go online to make orders. That's when it went down hill, I placed the order and realized they didn't send me a confirmation nor took the money out of my account. I called the hixson office and they told me to call the main office. Nobody could find my order number or that I have made an order. They told me to process another order. My son paid for and ordered his cap and Gown almost 2 months ago. Only to be told today that it was never paid for/ordered. And he has been desperately trying to reach this office and cannot get through to them. To the point of calling corporate office and they tried to reach him on a back line and they couldn't even reach him. Ok, (the owner gets all 5 stars) I was angry, because I was unable to get my son's ring before Christmas. I agree the lady in the office was difficult, but the owner hand delivered my son's ring to me as soon as he got my email. I really cannot stress how much I appreciated that.
