I paid the 3 installments as agreed, posted to my bank account with the last installment in November. NOW they are charging another installment!! Of course their customer service lines are not open. BUYER BEWARE when giving your credit card to them!

I got my class ring through this company because it’s the company my school went through.I was super excited to get my ring.They had a variety of styles and choices and the order process was pretty simple and quick.Our ring dance is Saturday and our ring ceremony was last night(Wednesday).When I received my ring it was exactly what I wanted and I was super pleased how ever when I got home not even an hour after opening the box and seeing it for the first time the stone fell out while I was just sitting showing it to my frien... read more

Try to use another vendor if possible. The customer service here is especially bad. They don't really need your business & certainly don't appreciate it. They have so many orders from local schools that they don't value any one customer or any one order. Employees are rude, condescending and seem to dislike being bothered to help customers. You can order the same quality ring from many online sources as well as any other product they provide. I wont make this mistake again, ever.
