MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOT TYPICAL--A COMPLETE TEAR-DOWN AND RE-BUILD OF ALMOST 6,000 SQUARE FEET OF MAIN HOUSE AND GUESTHOUSE. BASED ON WHAT MY SUPERVISING ARCHITECT ADVISED, I PAID A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THE PROCESS WAS LENGTHY, BUT ALMOST ALL DELAYS WERE DUE TO OUTSIDE FACTORS. From the day we meet with Mario and John on site with drawings and a vision we felt they understood our objective.
