Does not respect the neighborhoods they are driving in. This driver blocked the stop sign in a residential area for 5 hours for multiple days. Furthermore, the bus ran loudly the entire time. Calls from neighbors to the company didn’t help. The best part is 1 block away are multiple parking lots that could have accommodated a large bus running, instead he blocked our stop sign despite no parking signs. I brought a bus up here for some maintenance and repair. These folks are absolutely amazing. Very friendly and very accommodating. They get the job done and then do it right.

Workers there threaten you. No idea about the actual business but i know for a fact one of the workers is a horrible person, so i imagine most of them are if they are good with being around him.

I just returned on a chartered bus tour to Mississippi. Our tour operator used Bales Unlimited for its bus service. Our bus was first class! It was emaculently clean, comfortable, and had a smooth, quiet ride. Even though our bus was top of the line, the best part of the bus was our driver Steve Miller. Steve is a totally professional, competent, courteous, thoughtful, safe, and fun driver!
