Bale orthodontics provided great customer service throughout my process, they have great response through phone, and email. They also have fun tokens that can be collected for gift cards.
Bales and king Orthopedics is the best braces place to go to they’re super nice super friendly and easy to deal with. I would recommend 100% to everyone.
My 12 year old son just finished his first 10 week supply of Invisalign and we couldn’t be more pleased with our results. The crew at Bales is relaxed and fun and went out of their EST to make my son comfortable with his treatments. They also made several last minute appointments to reapply the ‘bumps’ he knocked of (with hard candy) while he was getting used to them. Highly recommend.
They were very professional and provided good service. I am glad we chose them.
We had the best experience with Bales Ortho over the last 8 years of treatments (between my 2 kids). Their teeth look AMAZING! And they always returned our calls and were always so accommodating. My oldest child has sensory issues and they always made sure to treat her with so much respect and kindness. I cannot recommend enough!
