Dr bales was awesome to work with ! Very easy to talk to and explained everything very well . Very pleased with the outcome of my procedure.
Excellent care from an exceptional physician. Repaired my cyctocele and improved my quality of life allowing me to walk and be active without pain. I am 70 years old. I know as I age I will have more problems. I will never hesitate to call upon Dr. Bales for any such problems within his professional scope. He never pressured me for surgery, explained procedures thoroughly and informed me about all risks involved. Moreover, the surgery was incredibly successful. He is amazing.
I have been seeing Dr. Bales since 2002. He performed 2 bladder surgeries on me and I'm better because of that. I had a very bad problem with my uterus and in April of 2018 he performed a partial hysterectomy on me and I'm feeling great! Dr. Bales in an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!! His whole staff is excellent!!!!!
Dr Bales saved me many years of future pain and suffering. His innovative surgical procedures and caring personality makes him one of the best doctors that I have met. He gives realistic outcomes and is dedicated to fixing the problem with successful solutions. I had a very bad infected plastic sling and he was able to remove and reconstruct my issues. He is truly a miracle worker and so blessed that I was treated with such care and compassion throughout my whole ordeal.
Dr. Bales performed performed a urethral sling procedure for me in early February of this year and yesterday (7 weeks later) I ran three miles with absolutely no leakage! I have had issue with urinary incontinence since I was a teenager, so this is a complete game changer. Dr. Bales spent a great deal of time explaining the procedure, expectations and possible risks. He listened carefully to my concerns and even called my husband's cell phone several times post procedure to check on me.
Dr. Bales was instrumental in diagnosing a bladder issue that I suffered with for over a year. In that time frame I urinated every 15 minutes resulting in 34-38 trips to the restroom a day. After visiting with several doctors and evasive tests, I met with Dr. Bales. Dr. Bales took the time and care that I needed and requested several different tests. Eventually he recognized that I had a spinal cord issue sending signals to my brain. A corrective surgery was performed. Thanks Dr. Bales.
Dr. Bales had the unfortunate experience in having to correct another surgeon's mistake. Dr. Bales was compassionate, straightforward and respectful. He understood my apprehension and treated me accordingly, putting me at ease and restoring some of the lost trust I had lost. Dr. Bales was very thorough in explaining the procedure and the expected outcome. The "over 45 minutes" response is due to the fact this was an urgent surgical procedure with no office visit.
