This may have been great 9 years ago but in 2017 working with Bales will cost you opportunities. Recruited in June, another recruiter then stated I would not move forward, while the 1st stated this was an error! As things progressed, the Bales Company recruiter failed to respond or update ever. The company hiring Bales and myself lost while they profited, clearly they have lost their way!
