This was my first experience with Balensi Spa. It was a treat....Loved the atmosphere and overall experience.Taylor was a delight!
I had a wonderful massage with Maya. Customer service was excellent. It was difficult to get an appointment, but I signed up for their waitlist and got a call in just a few days after someone canceled. I imagine they're booked up because they reserve scheduling space for members, which i get.
