In and out quickly and efficiently! Receptionists were kind and Dr. (forgot his name, middle eastern man) was so friendly! Told me I could come back and would touch up anything i didn’t like for free. I would go back a hundred times!
I were able to come up with another mutually agreeable time for our facials, I telephoned them to reschedule. I informed her that our coupons had now expired but she said it was perfectly fine. As we were booking the appointments, she suddenly said “oh, I’’m sorry, we can’t take your expired Groupon”. Someone there was telling her that they wouldn’t honor it. I recently visited Balencia for a laser leg treatment and had a fantastic experience! The place was absolutely beautiful—clean, modern, and welcoming. Diane was my technician, and she was truly wonderful—professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. She took her time and made sure everything was done thoroughly.
