Couldn’t even get in the door for an appointment. I called and spoke with a woman on the phone whom told me that Mr Balena doesn’t take lower to middle class citizens finically so if you are calling to hear what the attorney offers that is not welcome there. And the rude judgmental secretary will be glad to tell you that over the phone. For a private law office you would think the secretary answering the phone would be more empathetic for the line of work your in.
