I've never left a review on a dealership that I didn't buy a car from, but this is the first. My grandparents purchased a vehicle from this dealership 3 weeks prior to me starting my vehicle search. I spoke with sales team and worked with Mr. Bass. They were every bit as professional and helpful as described by my relatives. I recently had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Bale Chevrolet. I brought my vehicle in to have the starter replaced, and during the process I was also informed that my auxiliary radiators were leaking. Because of that, my vehicle ended up staying at the dealership for about five days. After finally picking my car up, it broke down roughly 30 minutes later while I was driving in heavy traffic at around 70 mph.
