I recently had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Bale Chevrolet. I brought my vehicle in to have the starter replaced, and during the process I was also informed that my auxiliary radiators were leaking. Because of that, my vehicle ended up staying at the dealership for about five days. I set up an appointment for Monday (12/29) at 7am for my car to be serviced. When setting up, the rep told me they would need to keep 2 days. I asked if Monday counts as part of the 2 days because I’ve had a similar problem with Bale a few months ago where the shop did not contact me and kept my car a week.
