Bale's service department is just the best in Central Arkansas. They are so easy to work with and have terrific customer service. They are friendly and helpful. They let us know when other services are needed on each vehicle. They have vehicles ready on time as promised. Cara & Dustin are my favorites. They make us feel like Family. We have been buying and servicing vehicles from Bale since 1996. Matthew is our favorite salesperson!
Easy to make an appointment for service. Was greeted by a friendly service person when I arrived. I waited in the waiting room for my car to be serviced. It was very comfortable with plenty of magazines to read and a TV to watch. I didn't have to wait long at all for my vehicle to be serviced. Overall, it was a very good experience.
Bale Chevrolet usually does me right whenever I have to bring my truck in. But charging me for something that should have been taken care of when I paid for a brand new engine to be put in was over the top for me. They said I had a small oil leak, well me the consumer was thinking if you put a whole new engine in a vehicle all of that should have been addressed at that time. I was charged 13k for the engine but had to come back to get a $19 part put in plus labor at $120, make it make sense please.
They were able to get my windshield chip repaired and a program update completed in a timely manner. Thank you so much for updating my radio!!! Having no sound from the radio in your fairly new truck is super annoying. Bale Chevrolet is the best!!!!
