Holy cow. Amazing meat.
The power went out at our condo so we decided to try Baldy's since it was close. We made a great decision. My wife got a full rack of ribs for the same price as a half rack on a special. She had sweet potato fries and we both had cole slaw. I had half a smoked chicken with onion rings. The ribs were great not too much bbq sauce on them. Slightly over done but excellent flavor.
