My dachsund friday morning seemed extremely sick and his veterinarian was closed due to it being good Friday. I called baldwyn veterinarian hospital and they had me to bring him to them without a appointment which in my experience a lot of clinics won't do especially for a first time visit. Was charged a $250 emergency fee for an ear infection when I came in at 4:30..owner shaking her head at me after I refused to pay.. heard whispering from the back and girls acting very immature when coming to the front. Tech saying I wasn’t welcome back (in front of the owner), after I asked for her medical records. They definitely don’t want to do any extra work. Fast and very friendly and helpful staff. We are from out of town and had to rush our baby in because she ate something she wasn't supposed to. They got her right in and loved her back to health. I wish we lived closer because they would be our regular vet.
