So I took both my van and truck to have them inspection, van did have any issues, so no work needed done, my truck needed a front wheel bearing, so I offered them to do the work, the truck was covered by a full bumper to bumper warranty when I bought it, Baldwinsville declined to do the work, so I had to take it somewhere else to do the work, when I took it back to have the inspection sticker put on, they charge me again after I had paid in full the first time, I have never been charged twice ever in my life, and I'm 54 year... read more

Took my car down because the battery light came on and they put a new battery in without checking the alternator they couldn’t tested because they said the battery was so bad so they said they were going to test it when they put the battery in. and now the battery light just came on today just picked it up today too so this lady is not very happy o yeah and had my backseat down my umbrella out laying out that I know it wasn’t out they broke the knob that hold the mesh up so I can’t use that no more so tell me why if you take... read more
Definitely will use again. I took my car for a 4 wheel alignment and they did a great job. They went above and beyond. My car was sitting for awhile so the rotors were rusty and the coilovers were not tight. The tech cleaned my rotors and tightened my coilovers. I noticed that and it says a lot about how professional they are and shows they care. The small things go along way. Thank you Baldwinand especially the Tech for caring. You gained a customer because of your caring Tech.
Highly recommend these guys to anyone who wants quality work! Their service and communication is tops!
