RecommendedThese are great people. I have been looking for an item for a couple of months now but everyone was sold out with no estimates on when they would be receiving more. Had a friend tell me about Baldwin's. When I called them they were out of stock but were good enough to let me know when they were expecting deliveries down to the hour and worked with me so that I could be there right after the truck was offloaded. Just loaded my purchase up less than an hour ago.
they do not or can't hooked up appliances do to liability. if it breaks my mom had to call someone outside the company to get their people to fix it. don't I repeat do not buy appliances from them
Bought a washer and dryer not quite 2 years ago and both went out at the same time! Supposedly these were brand new, if so, they wouldn’t have gone out so fast. Was told to call my own service person, pay them for a service call to see what’s wrong, to see if warranty is covered. Very disappointed in this store!
I have been without a dryer for almost 3 months. Don’t purchase an extended warranty. I am so disgusted.
