Great friendly, efficient service as always
Baldwin Subaru in Covington, LA is my new go-to dealership- these guys rock! Had to get my A/C fixed(it should be illegal NOT to have A/C in the South, LOL), so I made the one hour and change trip to Covington from the country in SE Mississippi for service. From the time I pulled in until I picked up my vehicle (about a day or so later), the service department and floor staff were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Jose, technician was wonderful! He took time to answer my questions regarding the 12V system and hatch system in regards to using my Outback as a camper. He was very helpful.
