Technician got lost on the way and had to call me. He was in another town looking for my address. When he got here it, took him no more than 10 minutes to do his service call. I truly appreciated Jeff for sending him.
We have received excellent service for the Outback we purchased from Balwin Motors. Jaelen kept us informed while our car was being serviced and when it was finished. The service center is very clean and everyone is very nice there!
Service was done in a timely manner.
