Incapable of even answering the phones in order to schedule service. I’ll drive 30 miles south to go to the other Subaru dealer.
We are retirees that buy new every few years but never owned this brand. Reached out to them several times in writing after we got trade figures from Honda and Toyota, to compare, before we buy again.... Nothing but crickets. They must be too aloof to need our business!
I love my new Subaru Forester Sport! Stephie King made sure it happend! Stephie made me feel like I was the only one in the dealership. She is an awesome sales associate with an incredible personality, and very knowledgeable about Subaru products. I will send everyone I know to Baldwin Subaru to see Stephie (after I show them mine and show them how great it is)!
All they did was waste my time. Most of the dealers I talked too had and offer ready in and hour are 2 Its been 2 days with theses clowns and nothing. What a waste.
