Baldwin and Sons built my home in 1986. They cut corners, used poor materials, botched the foundation which has created countless ongoing issues from 1986 until current. So many homes have had to be reengineered, anchored into hillsides after countless lawsuits. Avoid any home/development built by this group.
There's a reason this Builder has such bad reviews. Read all the comments this Builder. They don't speak on the phone nobody helps. Worst builder ever. Stay far away
I live in Chula Vista, Ca at Enclave, Leonardo is the best to solve any maintainance problem, excellent doing his job
