Great company to work for, only thing wrong is they pay their workers non survivable wages! My 22 year old makes the same stocking shelves at Walmart warehouse as my husband does as a journeyman carpenter . We literally just got turned down to purchase a house because he makes so little an hour. He's currently being paid the same wage he made in highschool! We moved to Arkansas with the dream of home ownership and now have to move to another state just to be able to afford food
