Love Todd and the crew. The negative reviews on here are obviously aimed at the wrong business. Todd is honest and forthright and they bend over backwards to do a great job for their customers. 100% recommend.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Their communication is awful & they never showed up when they said they would. Stated that what they did regarding the freon in our unit was "standard practice" when it 100% was not. Got an outrageous bill in the mail even though no pricing was ever discussed or agreed upon. Do not recommend this company to anyone.
If you are given an over the phone verbal quote after initial assessment , I highly recommend you get it in writing before work begins .....
I highly recommend Baldwin Services , they go above and beyond ! I am a customer for life , thank you Todd and your guys for a great job at a falr price ....
