John was just great. He was on time even called 5 mins before to let me know he was parking nearby. He was reasonable and since I payed cash I got an even better deal! I used this Locksmith Company several times in my last apartment that had a tricky lock. He was always quick to arrive and break us in. He knows the mechanics of locks and doors very well, and is the most honest, fairly-priced person around. The experience has been so positive, I used Baldwin Lock & Key Store ,LLC to change all of the locks for my new business and replace a door. They was always there for me at any time 24 hours a day. Without at doubt 5 STARS. I wish I could give them 100! I own a hair salon in Somerville, MA and needed our lock for our front door changed. I e-mailed them in the morning, they gave me quick reply. Gorge asked for pictures and sent them as requested. He came at 4pm as said, and changed our lock in 10 minutes. Great price, great service, and simply just a great guy.
