Ruined my custom-made engagement ring. My fiancè and I went back to Baldwin Jewelers after purchasing a custom emerald cut engagement ring with a lab diamond as well as a vintage natural diamond wedding band that matched. First off, we did not get the ring we requested upon ordering the custom engagement ring because the engagement ring could not sit flush with the band we picked out.
