James was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He helped us figure out what was wrong with our A/C Unit and explained everything to us. He gave us some very helpful tips. Would definitely recommend Baldwin Heating & Air Conditioning Repair and use them again!

We had difficulty with our old Air conditioner during the summer. I called Baldwin Heating & Air Conditioning Repair. Although it was in a very busy season, they scheduled us an appointment at earliest available time and installed a new Air conditioner for our house. Very friendly atmosphere with great people. Brilliant experience from a brilliant company from top to bottom. Thank you .

Called Baldwin Heating & Air Conditioning Repair at 8 am with the heat not working. Philip was here by 9am and had the problem fixed right away. He was polite, answered all my questions and communicated with my landlord regarding the problem and options to fix. After the repair, he tested and made sure I knew how to operate the system correctly. I would highly recommend this company!!!!

Absolutely top notch service! Our AC unit died on the weekend, of course, and Sam came out first thing Sunday morning. He gave us four options for a new unit, thoroughly explained all of the options, and installed the new unit the next day. The crew was swift, professional and respectful of our home. Couldn't be happier!!

Ivan showed up on time and performed a very detailed and thorough inspection. Found numerous issues and presented them in a way that was not confusing or upselling. I had several options to choose from to complete my repair. It was all very clear and explained. I will be using this company again in the future.
