I've bought 3 sets of golf carts for 3 apartment complexes from Mr. Savage over the past three years. He's always been courteous, accommodating, and quick to respond. All 5 carts were in exceptional condition! He goes above and beyond for his customers! I won't buy golf carts from anywhere else!
After reading the comment from another customer and trying to figure out what he meant, I have come to the conclusion that there was a major misunderstanding on his part. I have been doing business with Baldwin since the year 2000 and have had numerous transactions with Mr. Bob. I have never been treated unfairly, been abused or failed to get the customer service I needed, rather it be repair or warranty.
