Booooooooo. They offer zero services. This is a big deal when you need them and no one will service your tank unless they are the ones who delivered the oil. Buyer beware. There are so many other better options just choose anyone else.
I called Baldwin yesterday and spoke to a nice woman who explained price protection and a monthly payment plan. I had to cancel my existing service so I asked if I could call back the next day (today) to set the account up. The woman said yes, no problem. Fast forward to today, after I canceled my other account, I called to setup monthly budget plan and I'm told they are no longer doing it!!! 🤬
