My fiance tried scheduling an appointment to try and get his optic/neurological situation figured out (his vision is declining in his 20's and vision care said it could be swollen nerves and/or caused by neurological issues and so he wanted to inform his doctor but the lady on the phone laughed at him when he explained the situation. Seriously what's so funny about having possible neurological and vision issues?? We have just settled in this area and are SO grateful to have a full service place with great people! After we became patients, we used the Xray, Pharmacy and Labs all in the first week. The staff has been wonderful and helpful. I only knocked it down a point to a '4' because their patient portal is kind of clunky.
StopEd in today to see Robin. She helped me fill out my medicaid medicare. Paperwork was very thorough. Very caring, also made it.
