We have just settled in this area and are SO grateful to have a full service place with great people! After we became patients, we used the Xray, Pharmacy and Labs all in the first week. The staff has been wonderful and helpful. I only knocked it down a point to a '4' because their patient portal is kind of clunky.
StopEd in today to see Robin. She helped me fill out my medicaid medicare. Paperwork was very thorough. Very caring, also made it. So I could stop in or call at any time if I had any issues in the future. Thank you for great service. Thanks again. For another great visit. Samantha was great. And listened to my issues Nov 21
I became ill while at our cottage in Baldwin and walked in to the clinic. The receptionist was welcoming and professional and was able to get me in to see the PA immediately. The PA's assistant and the PA were welcoming and professional as well. The PA made her diagnosis and prescribed meds, which I was able to pick up at the on-site pharmacy. They provided amazing service, especially since I am not a patient of their practice. I highly recommend this clinic and the entire staff and am so happy with the care I received.
Can't believe they won't put in stitches. Cut myself and ended up needing only 4 stitches. What the heck????
