Billed secondary payor MCR 300 more than primary payor (commercial) even before adjustment for commercial. Off shore billing/claims dept had no expert to explain why. ? Medicare fraud .

Was seen in an ER in Mobile and admitted. Everyone who filed a claim got paid. Baldwin County Physicians never bothered to file a claim or send a bill, yet I was turned I ER to a collection agency ! I can’t call to give them insurance info because phone is disconnected. Seriously considering filing a class action lawsuit after seeing so many complaints here regarding the same tactics from other patients !!
Receiving a letter from a collection agency, when I do not recall receiving a bill EVER, for $30.09???? After my insurance paid all but $30.09???? This is CRAZY! I will GLADLY PAY IT! This is just WRONG!!
