Very courteous. Staff at the drive-thru window. Made it easy and quick to take care of business
Worst electric company I've ever had to deal with hands down. $350 pre pay deposit to only have a 3 week grace period before power gets cut. Techs tape notices to doors with electric tape peeling off paint. Bills rounded up to the whole dollar amount arbitrarily. Your monthly connection fees cost more than the amount of electricity used in a 2bed 2 bath unit.
This company will rip you off every chance the get. I have never missed paying my bill. My payment comes out automatically each month. There was a glitch with the bank and my payment was returned. In less than a week my account was sent to collections. Baldwin EMC didn't call me until the bill had been sent to collections to give me a chance to correct the issue.
