It sucks we are so limited in having to use this company. We use the prepaid option, which is great! Very friendly and easy and makes things more simple for people like my family. What sucks: if you want to add someone authorized to just be on the account and make payments, you have to completely redo your ENTIRE application for prepaid power and they make you pay another $150 for the application.. but the thing is, it's already paid for and power is on for that location, all we want is to add a name so someone else can make... read more
The woman who answered the phone this morning [Thur 8/25/22] was extremely polite & helpful. I appreciate the friendly professionalism. 25 min wait to pay bill. They turned a vets power off because he was in a coma and the lineman paid for it from VFW. Found this out in line. Black haired girl with tats was rude and has no customer service skills. Get another job.
