Power bill usually runs around 150.00 to 160.00 for 21 yrs. Current bill 274.00. I live alone no change in usage. NO BODY has been plugging in using my power. Reported situation, to reply yet. Got an email asking me to call EMC. The person I talked with was so kind, professional and explained the power bill. Thank you EMC I regret I do not remember her name, I want to say thank you for your assistance and kindness.
My street light has been out for nearly two years. I called well over a year ago (I know because I called while I was pregnant and almost tripped the night before) to get it fixed, they never came yet I've been charged for the light every month. Nobody's perfect, but when your guy was assigned to turn my electricity off last month, he gave me a courtesy call to let me know I was delinquent, before just unplugging me. Never would've expected that kind of reminder! My brother in Monroeville, and a friend in P'Cola both said the same thing, that they'd never heard of a service person going that extra mile.
