Horrible experience, trying to turn on electricity to my land for my storage building. They sent out an engineer by the name of Steve Butler. He inspected it gave me a phone call but he started talking way before the answering machine even started recording. Therefore, I did not get his name or an extension. I have been a customer for over 30+ years and my parents were customers before that. I say this because I don’t spend many visits in the front office but I have visited there. I have never been treated so kindly as the person you have working for you,Vanessa Mattingly in helping with the bill from my son who just passed away. This company is constantly trying to charge double and say I have a late fee I haven’t missed a payment in 30 years. I called and tried to resolve the issue and the lady hung up in my face. Trashy customer service and support way to expensive for horrible service I haven’t missed a payment as seen in photo below also not even 10 minutes after speaking with someone they removed my payment but I took a screenshot before they could here’s a before and after they removed my January payment. Trashy crooks!!!!!!!
