Thank you for the crews who got power up Sunday, Oct. 4th. Great job and so thankful
So incredibly old school and makes it feel impossible to get services set up. For being a family who travels a lot, it makes it very challenging to every time we have to set this service up because you have to fax or hand deliver things. They need online application processes.
The most unfriendly customer service at the Summerdale location. All the front desk staff looked as if they hated being there and consequently it reflected in the service they attempted to provide me. I now have to figure out what the rep did to both of my accounts I currently have with BEMC😡 so when I called and asked to escalate to a supervisor I was told they would call me back. Pretty sure I won’t be getting that call back. This has to be one of the worse companies in all of Baldwin County.
awesome
