The receptionist was a little rude to me. I wanted to inquire about a veneer cosmetic procedure. It was my first time reaching out so I called to make an appointment and first thing she asked me was what insurance that I had. She said they didn't take my type of insurance. I said okay and she abruptly hung up the phone. She didn't even ask me why I was coming in or what was my situation. I have been a patient of Dr. Horing for over 10 years and I have the most beautiful smile. I have had a lot of dental work in my life and since Dr. Horing has cared for me, I no longer dread going to the dentist. He and his staff are professional, warm, caring, patient, accommodating, and friendly. I am never rushed through an appointment, am no longer petrified in the dental chair, have no pain when I have needed work done and I have received follow up calls to see how I am feeling after major work. I am 73 and in my entire life I have had only three dentists. Dr. Horing has been my dentist for over 35 years. I credit him with the fact that at my age I have all my teeth in my mouth. He has been able to keep my teeth and gums healthy, and have avoided many of the problems that an individual of my age would expect. In addition his staff are both caring and accommodating. Appointments are easy to obtain, and urgent care available even on my way to the airport. Top notch care all around. Thank you Doctor Horing.
