I absolutely would not recommend this practice. Carole Baldwin was incompetent and unethically represented my children’s father who has had two major brain surgeries and was mentally incapable of communicating any kind of agreement on custody of our teenage children or a divorce. She was representing him by communicating with his brother or girlfriend. Her lack of competency was proven over and over as I found a bill with all records between herself and his brother. This review is strictly for Angela Da Silva, her staff may be incredible so this is not intended for them. Angela has been minors counsel for my son and daughter over the last year or so and from day one has had it out for me. She has been bias toward my Children’s mother from the very beginning and it’s been clear as day. Always reaching out to mother first, reaching to mother more often, taking mothers word over mine every time we’ve been in court.
