Owner was able to completely handle. My insurance claim from picking it up on trailer and dealing with my insurance made my life Easier would use him again and recommend shop for all motorcycle needs
I came in to Baldwin Cycle LLC for a few repairs and upgrades. For a new clutch cable and clutch lever plus brake lever. The service was more then excellent the replacement had no issues. Through the repairs, I was periodically informed of timelines and circumstances. He was with me every step of the way. Oil change and tune up services are top notch here. However, I do not recommend getting any mechanical problems diagnosed here. I paid almost $4000 to have my engine frankensteined to where I did not recognize it, and the original problem never was found or fixed.
Needed help with my Road King forks. Brian took care of me the day after Thanksgiving. While everyone else was off this guy was hard at work. Great communication and great pricing. Highly recommended. Thanks bro!!!
He totally messed up my forks i took them in for a rebuild he put them back together left top gaskets out didn't add enough fork oil and for some reason the fork bolt on the bottom would not come out so I had to take them to someone else and get them rebuilt again.......waste of money
